Two product have similar appearance but big difference on prices, it is hard to choose, you want to buy cheaper one but worry the quality. I think many people meet this situation while you are shopping.
We often say an old saying. You get what you pay. This is the best describe to current condition of the electronic products industry in China. Even high value product like laptop, or cheap product like power bank or led light, we can find many similar products from different manufacturer, how can we identify which one is good and which one is bad quality? We should take apart product shell to see what kind of electronic component they used inside. In this way, we can understand the reasons why a supplier say the price they offered is the best price and couldn’t be lower, while another supplier can casually offer you a price cheaper 5USD, or 10USD.

After reading, some clients ask us a question, these are just some small difference on appearance and craft, we don’t mind so much, could you tell us what is the biggest difference between your G7 and copied G7 on the market? Or in other words, why are their copied G7 cheaper than you so much? Do you really have so much profit?

This is the circuit board of driver, which is also the control center of led headlight kit.
And the most expensive electronic components on the circuit board respectively are MOS, inductance, diode, capacity. After compared two circuit board, we can notice that their inductance, diode and capacity have big difference.
- On Genuine G7, our inductance is the integrated inductance, the inductance on copied G7 is winding inductance. Different level inductance.
- Compared diode, we have twice the number of diode. And our diode is 2A current with precision welding, we don’t know their diode specification, but we can tell the welding is terrible from picture. If one diode is disconnected, who know what the hell will happen.
- On capacity, we can see huge difference. One is professional, one looks like toy.
If we want to reduce the product cost, we need to save money from each electronic component. Many clients ask us if we can make G7 be cheaper? Yes, of course we can, we just need to use cheaper domestic electronic component, the product cost could be saved at least 5 USD. If you need lower price, we can use recycle used MOS, inductance, diode, capacity, the product cost could be saved at least 12 USD. But can we keep doing this kind of business for long time? Everybody should consider this question.
